מסמך זה נועד להסביר איזה מידע נאסף באתר, כיצד הוא נשמר, מה מטרות השימוש בו, ומהן זכויותיך לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ”א-1981 (כולל תיקון 13, 2025).
מסירת פרטים
הנך מצהיר ומתחייב כי כל הפרטים והמידע אשר הנך מוסר ו/או תמסור באמצעות האתר נכונים, מלאים ומדויקים והנך מאשר לאתר לשמור כל מידע שמסרת ו/או כל חלק ממנו במאגר המידע של האתר, בין אם ביצעת פעולה כלשהי באמצעות האתר ובין אם לאו. כל מידע כאמור שיימסר על ידיך יהיה כפוף לתנאי מדיניות הפרטיות של האתר.

1. באתר זה לא יישמר כל מידע על אמצעי התשלום כיוון שהרכישה מתבצעת דרך חברת פייפאל, העומדת בסטנדרטים גבוהים של תקנים קפדניים ונהלי אבטחת מידע.
2. המידע האישי שנמסר דרך טפסי יצירת הקשר נשמר בצורה מאובטחת, בהתאם לסטנדרטים המקובלים ולדרישות החוק. על מנת לשמור, ככל האפשר, על סודיות המידע. במקרים שאינם בשליטת בעלת האתר הנובעים מכוח עליון, לא תהא בעלת האתר אחראית לכל נזק מכל סוג שהוא, ישר או עקיף, שייגרם ללקוחה, אם מידע זה יאבד ו/או יעשה בו שימוש לא מורשה.
3. בכפתור “PAY” יש משום הסכמה לבעלת האתר או למי מטעמה לעשות שימוש במידע אישי זה על מנת לספק לך מידע על המוצרים ומידע נוסף באמצעות אימייל או אחר. בנוסף, ניתן יהיה להשתמש במידע אישי זה למטרות סקר שוק או רשימת דיוור בין אם הרכישה היא אישית עבור הרוכש או עבור צד שלישי. בכל רגע נתון אפשר להסיר את פרטייך האישיים מרשימת התפוצה של החברה בלחיצה על כפתור “הסרת הרשמה” Unsubscribe בתחתית כל מייל. באמצעות לחיצה על כפתור “pay” אני מאשרת בחתימתי את הטופס ואת תנאיו.
