מסמך זה נועד להסביר איזה מידע נאסף באתר, כיצד הוא נשמר, מה מטרות השימוש בו, ומהן זכויותיך לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ”א-1981 (כולל תיקון 13, 2025).

 

מסירת פרטים

הנך מצהיר ומתחייב כי כל הפרטים והמידע אשר הנך מוסר ו/או תמסור באמצעות האתר נכונים, מלאים ומדויקים והנך מאשר לאתר לשמור כל מידע שמסרת ו/או כל חלק ממנו במאגר המידע של האתר, בין אם ביצעת פעולה כלשהי באמצעות האתר ובין אם לאו. כל מידע כאמור שיימסר על ידיך יהיה כפוף לתנאי מדיניות הפרטיות של האתר.

באתר זה נאסף מידע באופנים הבאים:

1. טופס יצירת קשר – שם מלא, כתובת דוא”ל ומספר טלפון.

4. כלי ניתוח גלישה (MonsterInsights ו Google Analytics) – איסוף נתונים סטטיסטיים על דפוסי שימוש באתר (עמודים שנצפו, משך שהייה, מכשיר/דפדפן). איסוף זה מתבצע בצורה אנונימית, ואינו מאפשר זיהוי אישי של המשתמש.

אבטחת מידע

1. באתר זה לא יישמר כל מידע על אמצעי התשלום כיוון שהרכישה מתבצעת דרך  חברת פייפאל, העומדת בסטנדרטים גבוהים של תקנים קפדניים ונהלי אבטחת מידע.

2. המידע האישי שנמסר דרך טפסי יצירת הקשר נשמר בצורה מאובטחת, בהתאם לסטנדרטים המקובלים ולדרישות החוק. על מנת לשמור, ככל האפשר, על סודיות המידע. במקרים שאינם בשליטת בעלת האתר הנובעים מכוח עליון, לא תהא בעלת האתר אחראית לכל נזק מכל סוג שהוא, ישר או עקיף, שייגרם ללקוחה, אם מידע זה יאבד ו/או יעשה בו שימוש לא מורשה.

3. בכפתור “PAY” יש משום הסכמה לבעלת האתר או למי מטעמה לעשות שימוש במידע אישי זה על מנת לספק לך מידע על המוצרים ומידע נוסף באמצעות אימייל או אחר. בנוסף, ניתן יהיה להשתמש במידע אישי זה למטרות סקר שוק או רשימת דיוור בין אם הרכישה היא אישית עבור הרוכש או עבור צד שלישי. בכל רגע נתון אפשר להסיר את פרטייך האישיים מרשימת התפוצה של החברה בלחיצה על כפתור “הסרת הרשמה” Unsubscribe בתחתית כל מייל. באמצעות לחיצה על כפתור “pay” אני מאשרת בחתימתי את הטופס ואת תנאיו.

 

שיתוף מידע עם צד שלישי

לא יעשה כל שימוש בפרטים האישיים שיסופקו בזמן הרכישה, אלא למשלוח חשבונית במייל, ולצורך מתן שירות כגון ספקי שירות דיוור או משלוחים

כללי

1 האתר ronitcohen.com  (להלן: ”האתר”) מופעל ומנוהל ע״י רונית כהן (להלן: “בעלת האתר“), עוסק פטור ומשמש גם בתור אתר מכירות לרכישת תכשיטים.

2. השימוש באתר ו/או רכישת מוצרים המוצעים למכירה בו, כפופה לתנאים המפורטים בתקנון זה.

3. האמור בתקנון זה בלשון נקבה הוא לשם הנוחות בלבד והתקנון מתייחס לבני שני המינים באופן שווה.

4. עצם רכישת המוצר באתר תהווה הצהרה מצד הלקוחה כי קראה את הוראות תקנון זה, הבינה אותן והסכימה להן. התקנון מהווה חוזה מחייב בינך לבין בעלת האתר.

5. אתר זה מיועד לשימוש אישי בלבד. חל איסור מוחלט לעשות באתר ו/או כל חלק ממנו שימוש, מכל סוג שהוא, לכל מטרה שאיננה לצורך שימוש אישי ובלתי מסחרי אלא באישור מראש.

 

הזמנות ותשלום

  1. הרכישה באתר מעל גיל 18 בלבד.
  2. התמונות באתר מיועדות להמחשה בלבד.

3. כל המחירים באתר מוצגים בשקלים חדשים וכוללים מע״מ (כעוסק פטור)

4. הזמנות לכתובת משלוח בחו״ל: המחיר באתר אינו כולל מיסי יבוא מקומיים. מיסים מקומיים נגבים ע״י הרשויות המקומיות בנמל הכניסה. מומלץ לדור עלויות לפני הרכישה באתר, על הלקוח לשלם עבורם.

5. מחיר המוצרים הינו המחיר שמופיע באתר בעת הרכישה. בעלת האתר שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן ולשנות את המחירים מעת לעת על פי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי. המחירים אינם כוללים דמי משלוח.

.6 בעלת האתר עושה ככל יכולתה לוודא שהמידע המוצג באתר יהיה המידע השלם והמדויק ביותר אך יובהר, כי עלולים להופיע בו טעויות, אי דיוקים או שגיאות ובעלת האתר לא תשא באחריות כל שהיא הנובעת מהן או קשורה אליהן.

7. כשאת משלמת באמצעות כרטיס אשראי או PayPal אזי הנך מצהירה ומתחייבת כי כרטיס האשראי או חשבון ה paypal הינו בבעלותך, הינו בתוקף וכי קיימת בחשבונך מסגרת מספקת בכדי לכסות את התשלום.

8. התשלום יתבצע באופן מקוון דרך Paypal. ניתן לבחור לשלם דרך חשבון קיים או דרך כרטיס אשראי: אמריקן אקספרס, ויזה, מאסטרקארד ודיינרס. Paypal הינה מערכת סליקה בטוחה שבה הספק אינו זוכה לגישה לפרטי כרטיס האשראי. השימוש בשירותי Paypal כפוף גם להסכמת תנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות של חברות אלו.

9. ניתן להתקשר ולעשות חיוב טלפוני באמצעות כרטיס אשראי או העברה בפייבוקס או ביט.

10. לאחר ביצוע הרכישה תישלח חשבונית אלקטרונית במייל.

 

אספקה ומשלוחים בארץ

1. ההזמנות שלכם יצאו מהסטודיו תוך 1-3 ימים

2. המשלוחים יבוצעו באמצעות חברות שילוח חיצוניות, בהתאם לכתובת שהוזנה בהזמנה.

3. מועד המשלוח יקבע החל מיום חיוב חברת האשראי. במידה וההזמנה לא כובדה בידיי חברת האשראי רשאי בית העסק לבטל את העסקה.

4. זמני האספקה עשויים להשתנות בהתאם לזמינות המוצר ולחברת המשלוחים, וכוללים רק את חישובם של ימי עסקים (ימי א’ עד ה’, לא כולל ימי שישי, שבת, ערבי חג וימי חג)

5. בעלת האתר עושה מאמץ לעדכן מלאי שוטף, אולם ייתכן שמוצרים שהוצגו באתר לא יהיו זמינים במלאי. במקרה כזה, תימסר הודעה ללקוחה ותינתן אפשרות לבטל את העסקה או לקבל מוצר חליפי.

6. ניתן לאסוף את ההזמנה מהסטודיו ברמת גן בתיאום מראש וללא עלות משלוח

7. במקרה בו בחר הרוכש שלא למסור את פרטי כרטיס האשראי באתר, אלא באמצעות הטלפון, הפעולה תיחשב כמושלמת רק לאחר מסירת פרטי האשראי. במקרה כאמור, ייחשבו מועדי המשלוח רק החל ממועד קבלת פרטי האשראי ואישור העסקה ע”י חברת כרטיסי האשראי.

8. בעלת האתר לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק לאחר שההזמנה נמסרה במצב תקין. היא אינה אחראית לכל עיכוב במשלוח לאחר שההזמנה עזבה את הסטודיו או עקב נסיבות שאינן בשליטתה.

 

החזרות וביטולים

  1. ביטול עסקה יתבצע בהתאם ל״חוק הגנת הצרכן״, התשמ“א–1981.

2. ביטול עסקה לפני שליחת המוצר ללקוחה – יהיה ללא חיוב נוסף למעט 5% עמלת הסליקה, ויוחזרו ללקוחה הכספים ששילמה בגין העסקה כולל דמי המשלוח.

3. ביטול הזמנה יעשה בכתב באמצעות הווטסאפ: 054-2162901  או באמצעות הדואר האלקטרוני לכתובת: lovelyronit@gmail.com  תוך 14 יום מרגע קבלת המוצר ע״י הלקוחה.

3. בביטול העסקה תזוכה הלקוחה זיכוי על הפריט בלבד בניכוי 5% עמלת סליקה ודמי המשלוח.

4. מדיניות ביטול העסקה המפורטת לעיל תחול רק ביחס למוצרים שנרכשו באתר. בעלת האתר לא תטפל בהחזרת מוצרים שנרכשו באמצעות מקור אחר.

5. ביטול ההזמנה ע”י הלקוחה כפוף לכך שהפריט יוחזר באריזתו המקורית, שלם ו/או ללא פגיעה ו/או נזק ו/או פגם ו/או קלקול מכל מין וסוג שהוא. ובתנאי שלא נעשה שימוש במוצר. בעלת האתר תהיה בעלת שיקול הדעת הבלעדי לעניין מצב הפריט המוחזר.

6. ההחזר הכספי יבוצע בתוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת הודעת הביטול.

7. אופן החזרת המוצרים: במידה ובחרת לשלוח מוצר בחזרה בדואר רשום נא לא לשכוח לצרף קבלה או פתק החלפה עם הפרטים ליצירת קשר, כדי שנוכל לדבר איתך במידת הצורך. אין בעלת האתר אחראית על פעילות דואר ישראל. ניתן להגיע ולמסור את המוצר, כמו גם להחליפו במוצר אחר בתאום מראש.

10. לא ניתן להחזיר או לבטל עסקה עבור מוצר/תכשיט שהוזמן עבורך בהזמנה אישית.

11. לא יינתן זיכוי כספי בגין מוצרים במבצע או מתנות. ומוצרים שניזוקו עקב שימוש לקוי.

 

אחריות ושימוש באתר

1. האתר והשירותים בו מוצעים לשימוש כפי שהם (AS-IS).

2. בעלת האתר אינה אחראית לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם כתוצאה משימוש באתר.

3. האחריות לשימוש במוצרים הינה על המשתמשת בלבד, למעט מקרים בהם החוק מטיל אחריות מפורשת על בעלת האתר.

4. בעלת האתר אינה אחראית לשימוש שיעשה הקונה במוצר שרכש שלא בהתאם להוראות השימוש המוצר.

5. בכל מקרה לא תשא בעלת האתר באחריות כלשהי העולה על ערך המוצר הנרכש וכן בכל נזק ישיר ו\או שאינו ישיר ו/או נזק תוצאתי ו\או שאינו תוצאתי.

6. במקרה ונפלה טעות במחיר מוצר באתר, לא יחייב הדבר את בעלת האתר, והיא תהיה רשאית לבטל את העסקה ולזכות את הלקוחה.

 

זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני

.כל זכויות היוצרים בתוכן האתר, לרבות תמונות, טקסטים, עיצובים, לוגו ועבודות האמנות שייכות לרונית כהן ומוגנים בזכויות יוצרים על פי חוק זכויות יוצרים, התשס״ח- 2007 ואין לעשות בהם כל שימוש ללא אישור

אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לפרסם תמונות, טקסטים או כל תוכן אחר מהאתר ו/או מאתר מכירות זה , אלא אם ניתנה הסכמה לכך מראש ובכתב.

אין להשתמש בתכנים למטרות מסחריות, לבצע שינויים בתמונות או בתכנים. אין להציג את התכנים כאילו הם שלך.

דין וסמכות שיפוט

הדין החל על התקנון והשימוש באתר הוא הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב.

שינויים בתקנון

אנו שומרים את הזכות לעדכן תקנון זה מעת לעת. השינויים ייכנסו לתוקף עם פרסומם באתר. המשך השימוש באתר לאחר עדכון התקנון מהווה הסכמה לשינויים.

Information Security

  1. This Website does not store any information about payment methods, as purchases are made through PayPal, which meets high standards of strict regulations and information security procedures.
  2. Personal information provided through contact forms is stored securely, in accordance with accepted standards and legal requirements, in order to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of information. In cases beyond the Site Owner’s control resulting from force majeure, the Site Owner will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the customer if this information is lost and/or used without authorization.
  3. Clicking the “PAY” button constitutes consent for the Site Owner or someone on her behalf to use this personal information to provide you with information about products and additional information via email or otherwise. Additionally, this personal information may be used for market research purposes or mailing lists, whether the purchase is personal for the buyer or for a third party. At any given moment, you can remove your personal details from the company’s mailing list by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each email. By clicking the “pay” button, I confirm with my signature the form and its conditions.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

  • Personal details provided during purchase will only be used to send an invoice by email and to provide services such as mailing or shipping service providers.
  • Information from contact forms is not transferred, sold, or provided to other parties.

General Terms

  1. The website ronitcohen.com (hereinafter: “the Website”) is operated and managed by Ronit Cohen (hereinafter: “the Site Owner”), a sole proprietorship, and also serves as a sales platform for purchasing jewelry.
  2. Use of the Website and/or purchase of products offered for sale on it is subject to the terms detailed in these Terms & Conditions.
  3. The use of feminine pronouns in these Terms & Conditions is for convenience only, and the terms apply equally to all genders.
  4. The mere act of purchasing a product on the Website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding contract between you and the Site Owner.
  5. This Website is intended for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to use the Website and/or any part thereof for any purpose other than personal and non-commercial use without prior written authorization.

Orders and Payment

  1. Purchases on the Website are for those aged 18 and over only.
  2. Images on the Website are for illustration purposes only.
  3. All prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT (as a sole proprietorship).
  4. Orders to international shipping addresses: The price on the Website does not include local import taxes. Local taxes are collected by local authorities at the port of entry. It is recommended to check costs before purchasing on the Website; the customer is responsible for paying these fees.
  5. Product prices are as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. The Site Owner reserves the right to update and change prices from time to time at her sole discretion. Prices do not include shipping fees.
  6. The Site Owner makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the Website is as complete and accurate as possible. However, it should be noted that errors, inaccuracies, or mistakes may appear, and the Site Owner bears no responsibility whatsoever arising from or related to them.
  7. When you pay by credit card or PayPal, you hereby declare and warrant that the credit card or PayPal account is owned by you, is valid, and that you have sufficient credit to cover the payment.
  8. Payment will be processed online through PayPal. You can choose to pay through an existing account or by credit card: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners. PayPal is a secure payment processing system where the merchant does not have access to credit card details. Use of PayPal services is also subject to agreement with the terms of use and privacy policies of these companies.
  9. You may also contact us to process payment by phone using a credit card, or via Paybox or Bit transfer.
  10. After completing the purchase, an electronic invoice will be sent by email.

Delivery and Shipping in Israel

  1. Your orders will leave the studio within 1-3 days.
  2. Shipments will be carried out by external shipping companies, according to the address entered in the order.
  3. The shipping date will be determined from the date of credit card charge. If the order is not processed by the credit card company, the business reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
  4. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the shipping company, and include only business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).
  5. The Site Owner makes an effort to maintain current inventory, but products displayed on the Website may not be available in stock. In such cases, the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel the transaction or receive an alternative product.
  6. Orders can be picked up from the studio in Ramat Gan by prior arrangement with no shipping cost.
  7. If the buyer chooses not to provide credit card details on the Website but instead by phone, the transaction will be considered complete only after the credit card details are provided. In such cases, shipping dates will be calculated only from the date of receiving the credit card details and transaction approval by the credit card company.
  8. The Site Owner will not be responsible for any damage after the order has been delivered in proper condition. She is not responsible for any shipping delays after the order has left the studio or due to circumstances beyond her control.

Returns and Cancellations

  1. Transaction cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  2. Cancellation of a transaction before the product is shipped to the customer – will be without additional charge except for a 5% processing fee, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the transaction including shipping fees.
  3. Order cancellation must be made in writing via WhatsApp: 054-2162901 or by email to: lovelyronit@gmail.comwithin 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
  4. Upon transaction cancellation, the customer will be credited for the item only, minus the 5% processing fee and shipping costs.
  5. The cancellation policy detailed above applies only to products purchased on the Website. The Site Owner will not handle returns of products purchased through another source.
  6. Order cancellation by the customer is subject to the item being returned in its original packaging, complete and/or without damage and/or defect and/or deterioration of any kind whatsoever, and provided that the product has not been used. The Site Owner will have sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned item.
  7. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
  8. Method of returning products: If you choose to send a product back by registered mail, please remember to include a receipt or exchange note with contact details so we can reach you if necessary. The Site Owner is not responsible for the activities of Israel Post. You may also deliver the product in person or exchange it for another product by prior arrangement.
  9. It is not possible to return or cancel a transaction for a product/jewelry item that was custom-ordered for you.
  10. No refund will be given for products on sale, gifts, or products damaged due to improper use.

Warranty and Website Use

  1. The Website and services offered are provided on an “AS-IS” basis.
  2. The Site Owner is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Website.
  3. Responsibility for use of the products lies solely with the user, except in cases where the law imposes explicit liability on the Site Owner.
  4. The Site Owner is not responsible for the buyer’s use of a purchased product not in accordance with the product’s usage instructions.
  5. In any case, the Site Owner’s liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product, nor shall she be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage and/or consequential and/or non-consequential damage.
  6. If an error occurs in a product price on the Website, this will not bind the Site Owner, and she will be entitled to cancel the transaction and credit the customer.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyrights in the Website content, including images, texts, designs, logos, and artworks belong to Ronit Cohen and are protected by copyright under the Copyright Law, 5768-2007, and may not be used without permission.

Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish images, texts, or any other content from the Website and/or from this sales site without prior written consent.

Do not use the content for commercial purposes, make changes to images or content, or present the content as your own.

Law and Jurisdiction
