אספקה ומשלוחים בארץ

1. ההזמנות שלכם יצאו מהסטודיו תוך 1-3 ימים

2. המשלוחים יבוצעו באמצעות חברות שילוח חיצוניות, בהתאם לכתובת שהוזנה בהזמנה.

3. מועד המשלוח יקבע החל מיום חיוב חברת האשראי. במידה וההזמנה לא כובדה בידיי חברת האשראי רשאי בית העסק לבטל את העסקה.

4. זמני האספקה עשויים להשתנות בהתאם לזמינות המוצר ולחברת המשלוחים, וכוללים רק את חישובם של ימי עסקים (ימי א’ עד ה’, לא כולל ימי שישי, שבת, ערבי חג וימי חג)

5. בעלת האתר עושה מאמץ לעדכן מלאי שוטף, אולם ייתכן שמוצרים שהוצגו באתר לא יהיו זמינים במלאי. במקרה כזה, תימסר הודעה ללקוחה ותינתן אפשרות לבטל את העסקה או לקבל מוצר חליפי.

6. ניתן לאסוף את ההזמנה מהסטודיו ברמת גן בתיאום מראש וללא עלות משלוח

7. במקרה בו בחר הרוכש שלא למסור את פרטי כרטיס האשראי באתר, אלא באמצעות הטלפון, הפעולה תיחשב כמושלמת רק לאחר מסירת פרטי האשראי. במקרה כאמור, ייחשבו מועדי המשלוח רק החל ממועד קבלת פרטי האשראי ואישור העסקה ע”י חברת כרטיסי האשראי.

8. בעלת האתר לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק לאחר שההזמנה נמסרה במצב תקין. היא אינה אחראית לכל עיכוב במשלוח לאחר שההזמנה עזבה את הסטודיו או עקב נסיבות שאינן בשליטתה.

 

החזרות וביטולים

  1. 1. ביטול עסקה יתבצע בהתאם ל״חוק הגנת הצרכן״, התשמ“א–1981.

2. ביטול עסקה לפני שליחת המוצר ללקוחה – יהיה ללא חיוב נוסף למעט 5% עמלת הסליקה, ויוחזרו ללקוחה הכספים ששילמה בגין העסקה כולל דמי המשלוח.

3. ביטול הזמנה יעשה בכתב באמצעות הווטסאפ: 054-2162901  או באמצעות הדואר האלקטרוני לכתובת: lovelyronit@gmail.com  תוך 14 יום מרגע קבלת המוצר ע״י הלקוחה.

3. בביטול העסקה תזוכה הלקוחה זיכוי על הפריט בלבד בניכוי 5% עמלת סליקה ודמי המשלוח.

4. מדיניות ביטול העסקה המפורטת לעיל תחול רק ביחס למוצרים שנרכשו באתר. בעלת האתר לא תטפל בהחזרת מוצרים שנרכשו באמצעות מקור אחר.

5. ביטול ההזמנה ע”י הלקוחה כפוף לכך שהפריט יוחזר באריזתו המקורית, שלם ו/או ללא פגיעה ו/או נזק ו/או פגם ו/או קלקול מכל מין וסוג שהוא. ובתנאי שלא נעשה שימוש במוצר. בעלת האתר תהיה בעלת שיקול הדעת הבלעדי לעניין מצב הפריט המוחזר.

6. ההחזר הכספי יבוצע בתוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת הודעת הביטול.

7. אופן החזרת המוצרים: במידה ובחרת לשלוח מוצר בחזרה בדואר רשום נא לא לשכוח לצרף קבלה או פתק החלפה עם הפרטים ליצירת קשר, כדי שנוכל לדבר איתך במידת הצורך. אין בעלת האתר אחראית על פעילות דואר ישראל. ניתן להגיע ולמסור את המוצר, כמו גם להחליפו במוצר אחר בתאום מראש.

10. לא ניתן להחזיר או לבטל עסקה עבור מוצר/תכשיט שהוזמן עבורך בהזמנה אישית.

11. לא יינתן זיכוי כספי בגין מוצרים במבצע או מתנות. ומוצרים שניזוקו עקב שימוש לקוי.

Delivery and Shipping in Israel

  1. Your orders will leave the studio within 1-3 days.
  2. Shipments will be carried out by external shipping companies, according to the address entered in the order.
  3. The shipping date will be determined from the date of credit card charge. If the order is not processed by the credit card company, the business reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
  4. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the shipping company, and include only business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).
  5. The Site Owner makes an effort to maintain current inventory, but products displayed on the Website may not be available in stock. In such cases, the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel the transaction or receive an alternative product.
  6. Orders can be picked up from the studio in Ramat Gan by prior arrangement with no shipping cost.
  7. If the buyer chooses not to provide credit card details on the Website but instead by phone, the transaction will be considered complete only after the credit card details are provided. In such cases, shipping dates will be calculated only from the date of receiving the credit card details and transaction approval by the credit card company.
  8. The Site Owner will not be responsible for any damage after the order has been delivered in proper condition. She is not responsible for any shipping delays after the order has left the studio or due to circumstances beyond her control.

Returns and Cancellations

  1. Transaction cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  2. Cancellation of a transaction before the product is shipped to the customer – will be without additional charge except for a 5% processing fee, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the transaction including shipping fees.
  3. Order cancellation must be made in writing via WhatsApp: 054-2162901 or by email to: lovelyronit@gmail.comwithin 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
  4. Upon transaction cancellation, the customer will be credited for the item only, minus the 5% processing fee and shipping costs.
  5. The cancellation policy detailed above applies only to products purchased on the Website. The Site Owner will not handle returns of products purchased through another source.
  6. Order cancellation by the customer is subject to the item being returned in its original packaging, complete and/or without damage and/or defect and/or deterioration of any kind whatsoever, and provided that the product has not been used. The Site Owner will have sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned item.
  7. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
  8. Method of returning products: If you choose to send a product back by registered mail, please remember to include a receipt or exchange note with contact details so we can reach you if necessary. The Site Owner is not responsible for the activities of Israel Post. You may also deliver the product in person or exchange it for another product by prior arrangement.
  9. It is not possible to return or cancel a transaction for a product/jewelry item that was custom-ordered for you.
  10. No refund will be given for products on sale, gifts, or products damaged due to improper use.
